Cleveland 4 at Detroit 5

Jim Crawford (1-3, 3.24) earned his first win and hit his first home run of the season as the Tigers trim Ross Grimsley (11-6, 4.12) and the Tribe in the opener of four at Tiger Stadium
Chicago 4 at Kansas City 1 (10)
-The White Sox score three in the 10th off Al Hrabosky (0-2, 4.72) to avoid the sweep at Royals Stadium.
