Montreal 2 at Los Angeles 3 (11)
-No team has struggled offensively like the Dodgers but they’re helped out today by a quartet of Expo hurlers who issued eight walks, two wild pitches and a balk. Dennis Blair (0-3, 2.63) walked Dusty Baker with the winning run to end it in the 11th.
New York 0 at San Diego 2
-Alan Foster (3-4 ,2.40) tosses a five hit shutout and Dave Kingman (.194 7HR) hit his third home run of the series as the Padres remain in command of the NL West
