Veteran Willie McCovey hit a game winning walk off home run off Astros rookie Joe Sambito as the Giants overcame an Astro rally to take two of three in the series. McCovey's RBI single off Sambito in the 9th on Monday tied a game the Giants eventually won. Sambito was impressive in this one however leading up to the McCovey blast.
